Tamara started her aerial education in 1989 with famed Seattle choreographer and inventor Robert Davidson. She has participated in classes and workshops at the San Francisco Circus Center, the Aerial Dance Festival in Boulder, Colorado and Seattle's own U.M.O. Ensemble and continues to explore aerial techniques featuring two point static and single point trapeze, tissu, sling and harness work on rope and bungee. Her movement background includes Ballet, modern and Jazz with a high emphasis on improv.

Tamara produced her first show in 1995 with, "The Fallen Woman's Follies", an anything goes experimental stage for the stripper and sex worker community. Each show was a benefit for organizations such as "Home Alive", "B.A.B.E.S.", and "Angeline Women's Shelter" and hosted everything from Belly Dance and Classical Violin to an actor in a "Barney the Dinosaur" costume rapping about tipping etiquette in strip clubs and even incubated Seattle's Burlesque Revival Scene with early works by the now well known "Miss Indigo Blue" and "The Von Foxies" troupe.

From September 2001 to May 2005, she was the resident aerialist at the notorious "Pink Door" restaurant and created, hosted and performed in"Burlesque Behind The Pink Door" Although Tamara moved on in 2005, the show continues every Saturday night to this day.

In May of 2006, after more than ten years of wildly successful Follies Shows, The newly renovated Columbia City Theater became the home of Tamara's "Columbia City Cabaret".   A marvelous vaudeville style variety show with a distinctly classy but ever so naughty flair! After a very exciting two and a half year run almost every Friday night Tamara put the Columbia City Cabaret on hiatus in March of 2008. She has since embarked on a summer of guest hosting appearances with The Atomic Bombshells and Pure Cirkus as well as birthday performances, benefits, and corporate events!
